We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the face of our company. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and must create a positive first impression while efficiently handling administrative and front-desk responsibilities.

Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier packages.
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed (e.g., photocopying, filing, scanning).
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle basic inquiries about services and direct complex queries to relevant departments.

Educational Requirement
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

Experience Requirement
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
