Village Development Programme:
We believe that Indian villages can only be developed with getting active and huge participation of each and every villager either male or female. We must ensure the full participation in the conceptualization, planning, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects/programme which bring changes in the living standard of rural people and ultimately sustainable development.
With this concept, we are working in the Model Village Programme in the Kumardaga Village of Chas Block in Bokaro District of Jharkhand State. In this way, we have completed the work of Base Line Survey and Designing Detail Project Report. We are having concrete and define plan to bring every possible basic amenities at Kumardaga Village ensuring the full participation in the conceptualization, planning, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of rural people.
Besides it, we are also working in the Village Development Committee in the Chas Block of Bokaro District. Selected Villagers are become the members of this committee. They conceptualize, design plan, manage, implement, monitor and evaluate various developmental projects/programme themselves. Under this programme, we have formed 100 VDCs in 100 villages of Bokaro District and approximately 1000 individual members have been benefited under this programme. In this financial year, we have developed target to form and associate 200 VDCs and 2000 individual members respectively.
